Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only. Service is great, very attentive. As others have said, the coffee is delicious, as well as the fresh...

"We loved this resort for kids (we travel quite a bit and this resort is one of the best we have been to for kids).  The pools were all fun including the water park, pirate pool and main pool. The entertainment was perfect - they had face paint and balloon making set up in the lobby area many times for kids.  The shows were at 8pm so great time for kids.  The foam party in the pirate pool was also so much fun for the kids.  All the staff were great with kids - bar tenders and servers would listen...

"Maid service was great but somewhat some things were forgotten...not enough coffee...cleaning rags left...overall not really anything big...the honestly of your staff is amazing and so much appreciated. My daughter in another room forgot to close their safe....nothing was touched...Another daughter left out a precious necklace...moved it but not taken...we will certainly come again!"

"Lille hyggeligt hotel med fin beliggenhed.Vi havde booket 2 nætter, men endte faktisk med at booke en mere, da vi ikke var helt færdige med at se området. Det tager ca 30 minutter at gå ind til centrum og vi kunne godt have fundet noget tættere på til cirka samme pris. Men hotellet var rent og pænt samt meget serviceminded. Det var nok primært pga. den gode service fra Rosset og Guillermo og trygheden der gjorde at vi blev. Parkering er i øvrigt gratis og let tilgængelig."

"We managed to have a decent stay, for the 5 nights, but we faced alot of problems unfortuantly. - A very slow check in - person checking us in, complained that he was feeling sick - our room had no hot water, no bathrobes, balcony door didnt open, no view allthough we had booked with a view. We got changed to a new room, but we struggled getting hot water the whole week. - no benefits, from being Gold member on hotels.com - undertrained staff, they constantly direct you to someone else, however...
