"We were a family of 4 persons in one room. It was a really nice, big, clean room. The hotel is new and clean with a very nice swimmingpool on the roof, with a fantastic view. The personnel also really nice abd helpful. Also the area was the right one. U is at the end of the walking street and therefore not ad crowdy ad in the center. I would use it again if I go back to Playa del Carmen."

"Overall great stay! Nice hotel, friendly staff, just around the corner from 5th Ave. Convenient with a 7/11 on the corner and Starbucks a block away. However there is no elevator and with a recent knee injury and my room being on the third floor, I panicked. However the staff were amazing and carried my luggage up and then down the stairs on check out."

"Spacious rooms, the one I got even had a full kitchen. This place is not know for its amazing restaurant, but they do have a small kitchen in the rooftop that will satisfy your hunger but it’s not going to blow you away by any means, just being honest. Their service it’s also slow, most of the time it seemed like they were caught off guard, like they were in the middle of something else, and not really observing/catering to your needs, or at least that’s how they acted. The highlight for sure...

Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only. Service is great, very attentive. As others have said, the coffee is delicious, as well as the fresh...

"Dies ist ein charmantes Boutiquehotel. Es besticht durch geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein fantastisches Frühstück im Garten. Lärm dürfte überall in Playa del Carmen ein Problem sein, so hört man auch hier den Lärm vom Restaurant nebenan. Mit Ohrstöpseln lässt sich das aber gut lösen. "

"Lille hyggeligt hotel med fin beliggenhed.Vi havde booket 2 nætter, men endte faktisk med at booke en mere, da vi ikke var helt færdige med at se området. Det tager ca 30 minutter at gå ind til centrum og vi kunne godt have fundet noget tættere på til cirka samme pris. Men hotellet var rent og pænt samt meget serviceminded. Det var nok primært pga. den gode service fra Rosset og Guillermo og trygheden der gjorde at vi blev. Parkering er i øvrigt gratis og let tilgængelig."

"Was very happy we stayed here in PDC. Away from all the bustle of Quinta Avenida, this is still a 10- 15 minute walk from the beach areas. We liked it because it was clean, had a relaxing vibe, but a couple minutes walk from two large shipper markets and good restaurants. More a locals vibe area, more centro. Ac worked well, no humidity smells like many places, owners take very good care of maintenance and care. Highly recommend "
