"Vi blev modtaget af søde og imødekommende mennesker, og sådan fortsatte det gennem hele opholdet. Hotellet i sig selv er dejligt og charmerende, har en god beliggenhed ved vandet, god pool, store værelser - dog skal det påpeges, at det ikke er helt nyt (for os en del af charmen).
Beliggenheden var for os dårlig i forhold til indkøb og restaurantbesøg - men hvis man vil, kan man spise alle måltider på hotellet. Maden er god, men ikke noget vildt.

Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only.

When I was unable to make my check in time due to a flight delay, the property went above and beyond to ensure my stay was top notch. This resort is great for couples wanting to relax. If you stay on a weekend there are many fun things like a pool foam party and karaoke night.

"We managed to have a decent stay, for the 5 nights, but we faced alot of problems unfortuantly.
- A very slow check in
- person checking us in, complained that he was feeling sick
- our room had no hot water, no bathrobes, balcony door didnt open, no view allthough we had booked with a view. We got changed to a new room, but we struggled getting hot water the whole week.
- no benefits, from being Gold member on hotels.com
- undertrained staff, they constantly direct you to someone else, however...
