Feriecentre i Frankrig

Dejligt at personalet i receptionen talte engelsk. "

"Ok"

"We spent a week here and enjoyed the large apartments that are well-designed, comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly. Cleaning was not perfect, but ok, the service was fine (we were able to arrive late, but needed help from a vo-visitor to enter the gate), and the location was nice. Be aware that you cannot really bath / swim from the nearby beaches during the morning / day due to low tides."

"The location and area seams nice (even though you need a car to get around). Unfortunately, the welcome email was only in French, and we didn’t realize there was important information (how to get through the gate). The staff was friendly and we got our room a bit earlier, which was nice. Their facilities such as the pool area and different sport courts were all nice. We didn’t try the restaurant, but the bar made nice cocktails. All events by the hotel were in French, and we therefore couldn’t...

"Nice comfortable bungalow with outdoor kitchen. Nice terrace. Enjoyed the swimming pool."

"The hotel didn't have any room for us, the called me in french, and send an email in french. (I don't speak french) They would cancle our reservation on the same day of arrival, we could there for either reschedule our stay or get a full refund. We were on our way to Portugal, and had a deadline, therefor couldn't we reschedule, and wanted our money back. I wrote a message to the hotel via expedia (as instructed from the hotel)... No response. I wrote to the again a few days later... No...
