The house was very clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Francesca was extremely helpful and communicative. She assisted greatly by helping us secure transfer from the train and renting a car before we ever arrived. Once on property, she responded promptly to assist when needed. "We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the breakfast was very limited and I think it was because not many people were staying at our time. By the way there was a pizzeria restaurant close by called Bambu. Their food was excellent "
