"The instructions provided for locating and parking at the complex were very clear and easy to follow. The unit was very clean and very well supplied i.e. the kitchen. Unfortunately the dryer was not usable /broken dryer door, which occurred prior to our arrival, resulted in our limited use of private hot tub on the deck (rainy/cold weather prevented towels and bathing suits to dry quickly). Desiree and Nathan made our stay extra special with personalized notes welcoming us and going out of their way to accommodate a last-minute late checkout.
