"The spot at Summerville center across the beach (not beachside) was beautiful. The staff was polite and friendly. The room was clean and the accommodations are new construction. Hard for people with luggage to go up the stairs in the condos. The booking might need to consider factors for the visitoes(ask about movility and ability to carry luggage up stairs). "Very disappointed with this vrbo and won’t be coming back. Everything was broken and not maintained. The house is in dire need of repairs. The stairs leading up to the house did not feel safe. The door handle was fidgety, the cold water on the main floor tap trickled. The shower leaked water on the floor. The screen was broken allowing bugs in the house. One of the windows was not able to close. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were extremely cold requiring portable heaters in June. The house blew...
