"We are a family of 5 and we found this place a bit small. It is also located on a main busy street. Great if you plan on just sleeping there. No dishtowels left for us, two rolls of TP for a 5 days stay (more provide d on request) and not enough garbage bags We've been staying at this type of place (4 total) and some hosts just know how to provide the items to make your stay easier. "The Land Yacht was spacious, comfortable, well furnished and had a great view of the bay especially from the solarium. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. "This was an ideal place for us to stay - short trip to visit family in the area. We like the convenience of a kutchen to make tea, coffee and quick snacks. "Met by the very attentive owner who is very polite. Answered texts very quickly, and checked in to make sure everything was okay and to see if I needed anything. Place was clean, bed is very comfortable, and amenities are close by with a car. Easy access to major highway close by."

"I thought the property was OK. A few things stood out in which I was a little confused with. One is if you post a hot tub on site ....show us the Hot tub. There was no hot tub. Next please clean the BBQ It was very dirty and needed bigtime cleaning. Also when you have a firepit please have wood available. I stayed at many VRBOS and everyone had plenty of wood. "The place we stayed was a little bit away from the convenience. It was too far for walking since bus stop was distantly away. Fortunately we got rides and didn't need bus transportation. Overall the place met our satisfaction since it was in a quiet area and we only stayed for few hours for sleeping each day. "
