"This was a great stay. There were two rooms in the host’s basement, one with two twin beds and one with a queen. The host was super friendly and easy to talk to. We told them we’d be arriving early and they let us drop our bags off at the house, which was a huge help. We also did laundry as well, which was convenient for us. The location is a 10 min walk to the bus stop. There were a few food spots we tried that were great (10-20 min walk). The area is also nice if you just want to go for a...

"We attended the Folk Music Festival & this was a wonderful space as a home base. it was nice to walk to the venue & back as needed within 15 minutes. This is more a space if you are spending n more of your time outside as there is limited indoor seating, but outdoors is a beautiful garden. also, it's easy to hear walking upstairs if that disturbs you & the toilet & some appliances were pretty loud."

"Great location"

"Good"

"Very nice accommodation. Quiet and comfortable. Many amenities we didn't expect. We'd stay here again."

"My daughters said it was great. Everything went smoothly. They felt safe, it was clean and quiet."

"Place was great, exactly as expected - thanks!"

"It's a basement suite which may be relevant to some people. We didn't know that when we booked but it was fine. The hostess is incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect location for what we wanted."

"This was a cute little room in a very quiet and peaceful part of Vancouver. The room itself was clean and decently sized/cozy. The location itself isn’t super convenient as there are no real walkable stores or shops since it’s a very residential area. If you’re just stopping by briefly, this is a good place to spend the night. Will note that it was a bit difficult to locate the place at night as there wasn’t a lot of lighting outside. The pricing was a bit on the high side considering its...

"Place was very clean and quiet area. I recommend parking in the street if you have a mid size car or bigger, which is very close by."

"Had a bit of a challenge with entry as not familiar with the lock system...obvious when aware and helpful in getting it dealt with. The room was clean as was the bathroom.I found the bed and pillow to be hard. old bones need a bit of cushion so I folded the duvet into 3 to sleep on it and a friend gave me a softer pillow. The location was fine...short walk to the Main St. bus and restaurants and shops. The price was excellent and I felt I received value for my dollar. The Hosts were pleasant and...
