"The rooms were decent and cleaned regularly, which I appreciated. However, there was a lack of consistency with what was restocked daily, which became noticeable during the stay.
Room service was quite disappointing. Each time I ordered, the wait was around an hour, and unfortunately, the food often arrived cold.
The resort itself felt limited in terms of activities, with most things closing fairly early and not much variety available throughout the day or evening.

"Overall stay was ok - what made it better was the fact that we were Premier - and considered "special"....however i probably would not book this again.
I wanted to make an honorable mention to Wanny at the premier reception desk - he was great in accommodating us to a better room. He truly helped us out! The rest of the staff specially in the buffet area looked like they were over it. They could be friendlier... they were NOT wanting to help or serve.
One of the nights, we ran out of toilet...

"Beautiful property. Great pool, although chairs are hard to find when busy. Great beach. Unique experience was worth it. Food was overall good (Mareas and inari were great), although some restaurants were better than others. Also had some gastrointestinal distress after eating at the hotel all week. Butler made reservations as requested. Housekeeping was over good, but missed some requests toward the end of the stay. Bars and alcohol selection was good. Activities and entertainment was fun,...

Die vielen positiven Bewertungen wirken fragwürdig. Auffällig ist, dass nach kritischen Rezensionen oft sofort mehrere 5-Sterne-Bewertungen erscheinen, die fast nur die Animation loben.
Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Überall sieht man Gebrauchsspuren. Am Pool gibt es viel zu wenige Liegen, die schon früh reserviert sind. Am Strand sind zwar mehr vorhanden, aber...

"Resort was beautiful. Unfortunately the food was not good. The 3 restaurants we went to was hibachi, Mexican and steakhouse. Other than three Mexican was the best, but it took over an hour to get our food because the server forgot to put our order in and he was rude on top of that. Reservations are very limited. There is no Stille bar figured they would have servers walking around offering drinks that only happened once the four days we were there we wanted to drink. We have to get up and walk...

"Had the best vacation at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was phenomenal. The resort was always fun because of the daily activities yet also very calming at the same time. The gym was top notch.
Special shout out to Jorge at the beach, Elena by the pool, Odalis at guest services and Walma helped us with our luggage. "
