"Super cozy chalets located ~10 minutes walk from the center of Ohakune. Two separate bedrooms and a large living room provides a great setting for down-time if you need a break from exploring the gorgeous surroundings. The chalet has a functional kitchen, but Ohakune has an excellent selection of restaurants for people who - like us - are too lazy to cook. We can especially recommend the Mountain Rocks café for breakfast. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, and given great recommendations...

"Need a rail on the stairs. Air conditioning installed as extremely hot during the day. The lounge chairs are very worn. The bathroom needs ventilation. The house is not suitable for older people or with mobility issues. "

"Cottage was very inviting when we arrived during rain, fortunate to have a carport! Very spacious, well set up kitchen, lovely dining area, lounge and view to bush from bedroom. Bathroom area huge, a tad cold for us at shower time (open shower, no door/screen). No door to bedroom from bedroom if that bothers others. Unfortunately no wifi in cottage as advertised so this did hamper our stay a little. Pond very pleasant to walk around. Birdlife lovely in the area."

"This was a really great spot! It was easy to find and all of the instructions were very helpful. It’s in a quiet area and so, so pretty! It was so nice to have the canal and such quick access to the lagoon. It is also very close to the sharks and rays and not super far from Coco Beach. Would highly, highly recommend!"
