Amazing hotel, good location, only 15 mins to tiovli and centre and lovely being on the water front

Clean modern hotel. Walking distance to S train and centre of Copenhagen. Situated next the harbour with great views.

“Fantastic place located at a fantastic waterfront!”

Everything was great, the train station was only 5-8min short walk. the mall is just next to the hotel so all the food places are open late. the waterfront view was amazing and feels relaxing as it was away from the busy part of the city. there was a swimming pool on the water side but i think the water isn't very clean! the gym facility was great! All the staff were very helpful and active.

Overall great hotel within a few minutes to the city centre on the tube. Convienient bonus having the Copenhagen mall close by for any forgotten items or groceries. Only complaints are late check in time, mattress was extremely soft, and the restaurant seems pretty dead. Great place to sleep after long days exploring Copenhagen. Executive room was exactly as shown on pictures. 5 th floor balcony view on the canal side is nice.

“Great hotel!”

This is a great hotel, very modern and very comfortable. I would've liked to have given it 5/5 for every aspect but just a few of minor points. Our room was clean and tidy each day but I noticed the wooden floors need more attention as my socks/feet picked up a lot of dust. The tea and coffee was not replenished every day, had to ask reception to sort. Finally, the beds were far too soft/bouncy, not good if you sleep on your front :) The above details are minor though and maybe one-offs, I'd definitely stay here again.

“Nice hotel, great staff, horrible location”

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and reasonably priced. Location is bad - it's far away from many sights, restaurants, and bars. Being on the other side of a train track did not help, but this hotel was next to a bridge that crossed the train tracks.

“Great Hotel, Good location”

Great hotel, great value. Pleaseant Harbour location, right next to a fair sized mall; very convenient. Fronts onto the O2 (4 lanefreeway), but with windows closed, couldn't hear it. This was my first time to Copenhagen, so I have nothing to comapre against, but it met all of my stardards for a good business hotel. Internet WiFi is included which is a great value in DK. If one is looking for "extra" value, the only thing lacking is having breakfast included. Meals are expensive in DK (by North American standards), and the breakfast "buffet" is not included.
