"Dinning was disappointing when it comes to getting a reservation. We tried 6 days in advance and almost nothing available. Very strict rules, we were a big family and they denied adding 1 chair to the table so didn’t have to separate the kids. Even after we spoke with the manager no solution was found. Dress code was reinforced only to certain guests. We saw men’s waking in shorts. Beach was beautiful but so many rocks you will need water shoes. Housekeeping very good!! Buffet offered many...

"Vi var en familie på 5, der overnattede her 4 natter. Vi kan klart anbefale hotellet. Tæt på virkelig god strand. Der er vel 4-500 meter ad lille grusvej. Fin morgenmad, teltene var i god stand med gode senge. Udover strand og dertilhørende Beach club, ligger hotellet ikke i gå afstand til by og butikker. Så bil anbefales. Vi prøvede ikke restauranten men priserne var til den lidt høje side."

Hyggelige små telthytter med åbent toilet/bad. 23 grader varmt vand i bruseren, men der leveres varmt vand i termobeholder hver morgen, og man kan frit bestille mere varmt vand dagen igennem. "The location on the Akumal beach is fantastic and worth going for. The room - a penthouse - was lovely with amazing views and a private outdoor jacuzzi to watch the the local birds from. This is a big hotel with many guests meaning that some of the charm of the location fades when you move around the hotel facilities. Lots of food options, some very nice, some more moderate. The fine dining options vary in quality, mainly because the authenticity lack despite the effort and mouthwatering menus....

"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect.
