"The staff was excellent and the whole experience was great. Plan on booking there again next year."

"In the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't exist which is horrible for the environment and customers. Mold on top of the caulking inside the tub. AC thermostat won't work. Always blowing cold air non-stop."

"Los restaurantes, increíbles. Mi único comentario de mejora, seria modernizar las televisiones de las suites, pero es un detalle menor."

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "

"Værelser var ok. Hotellet ligger udenfor byen det giver nogle udfordringer mht. mad. Man kan tage en bus til Akumal og handle ( lidt) Husk kontanter - der var flere dage uden penge i ATM. Der er kun Strandcafeen hvor man kan spise om aftenen og der betales kontant. Lidt dyrt. Lille pool men hoteller har direkte adgang til strand. "

"Super ophold og fremragende morgenmadsbuffet "

The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations. The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium...

"Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus."

"This is the 3rd time I visit Xcaret Arte, the two times before I had an amazing experience. However, this last visit was horrible. The Staff is NOT accommodating at all especially in restaurants. We were a group of 8 couples that booked this resort because of the great experience we had before and decided to celebrate my sister's birthday there. We emailed our plans over 6 months in advance, then they said to wait 45 days before, when we emailed again they said we had to complete a form which we...
