"Loved the uniqueness with it being a castle. Wish we were able to stay longer. The stairs were difficult to manage with our large suitcases. Not much you can do with it being an old building though. "

"What an absolutely fabulous place. Adrienne and her wonderful hardworking team could not do enough for our party of 18. From the entire booking process/communication with Adrienne that involved extensive dietary requirements, plus the organisation of activities including clay pigeon shooting, archery and air rifling, professional whisky tasting, arranging a piper and having an official Robbie Burns address to the haggis superbly undertaken by Barney. There was wonderful food constantly provided...

"Americans & Brits all met for a large family reunion at Kinblethmont! The stay was perfect. Communication with Jess & Gem was easy, helpful and kind. The house was absolutely beautiful and always had exactly what was needed- an extra tablecloth, an immersion blender, sharp kitchen knives, etc! Local recommendations from Gem were all spot on as well. A glorious stay!"

"After flight delays we made it to Church Tower! Emily was amazing, meeting us and showing us the church tower. So beautiful and comfortable, as described. A few concerns arose and there was a bit of confusion about who the point of contact was. It all got worked out and the much anticipated delicious welcome basket did arrive; and we were able to take our goodies with us to Inverness. Crieff was a beautiful area and we enjoyed the pubs, hikes, and drives. Thank you for a wonderful first...

The grounds were beautiful, overlooking a flowing river and a gorgeous wooded area. The walk to the quaint town of Peebles was fabulous. Indeed, I can think of NOTHING of this one night experience for us that was amiss. We had the whole castle to ourselves. The accommodations were more than comfortable. In the room, we had a plethora of snacks and breakfast...

"We can’t say enough about this incredibly special place. We found the history of the tower and the surrounding area so intriguing. The recommended walk along the Tweed River and the nearby arboretum were beautiful. Make sure to stay at least a couple nights."

"The 7 of us stayed here to be in between Aberdeen and Inverness and it worked perfectly. The property is amazing…don’t miss the rope swing for the kids. The trails were great to hike and run."
