"We enjoyed our visit to Westin, staff and concierge service was amazing. Rooms have good working air conditioning, beds are comfortable. Very safe at this resort. Pool and beach are very convenient. Golf course is excellent and beautiful. We used Eric Garcia in the blue Google shirt on the beach for all our Transportation and excursions. He was great communicator and provided excellent service … I high recommend using Eric for all excursions and transportation to and from the airport."

"The team members are phenomenal. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. They really are what makes the experience. The room was spacious and the shower was *chefs kiss*. "Very nice resort. Staff was very friendly, the grounds are clean, easy parking and the pools are great. We loved the rooms with the hammock. The things we weren't crazy about was we didnt realize the beach wasnt part of the resort and its public meaning locals can use the lounge chairs provided by the hotel and you cant sit there without being harassed by people trying to get you to buy a service (massages, boat tours etc). The other thing is I wish they offered some kind of resort entertainment...
