"Vincent was wonderful and took great care of us. We felt welcomed upon arrival and the room was very nice.
The traditional breakfast was fantastic and we have had it 100x before - they just do it better.
After check out, they let us hang and relax by the pool as we waited for our shuttle, not making us feel rushed at all - very hospitable the whole time!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Refugio Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The atmosphere has such a great vibe—relaxed, welcoming, and beautifully maintained.
The staff was amazing and truly made the experience special with their kindness and attention to detail. The food was incredible, and every meal exceeded our expectations.
Everything was very clean and well cared for, and the location is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to...
