"The pictures do not do this house justice, even as amazing as they are. There were 13 of us staying in one house, with 4 kids, and 5 over 60 years old. There was ample room for all of us and never felt on top of each other. The kids ran out to the beach and we watched them from the gazebo and never felt unsafe. "This is our second time staying at this property, and our most recent visit was even better than the last! Our large group stayed for a week and we had the best time. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The groundskeeper, Martín, was so attentive, and the property manager, Arturo, resolved any questions and provided us with wonderful suggestions and recommendations. Could not recommend this stay more! "

"Reserva de Golf neighborhood was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Costa Rica. The neighborhood was full of wildlife and the most beautiful landscaping. The house we stayed in was functional and beautifully designed to accommodate a larger family. The cleaning service was so valuable and they took such good care of us. "Great House, has everything, 10 min walk to Avellana Beach, The property is only 5 houses, so you are in your private secluded area, the house has 3 room with AC split system, well equipped, Dennis was always there for any question, there is a tree in the back of the house that always have several monkeys jumping or relaxing.
