"We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. "Absolutely beautiful facility. Several villas that any American would proudly call home. Stunning views over the jungle and ocean. Fantastic infinity pool with perfect water temperature. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma. The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. "Beautiful property, loved the private outside sitting area and the beaches! Our favorite beach was the 2minute walk from property, bigger, calm waters, saw 2 devil rays in the surf. Host was very friendly and helpful. No restaurant on property but does have full kitchen.Note: beach in front of hotel is not private and gets busy, loud at times with ATV tours. "Beautiful property with an incredible view. The driveway is not for the faint-hearted, ensure you have a 4x4 capable vehicle and avoid coming after dark for your first night. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to make a couple meals at home. Our host Carlos was a extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay.
