"The room was very clean with a beautiful view (36 Carlota). The beach access is second to none. It is meant to replicate some sort of italian town near the sea. In some ways it does do that. The service at the restaurants was spotty at times and the food is uninspiring. Better food can be found in town. The December 24-25 dates may have been part of the problem. "I loved everything about my stay at Curiol except the fan in the tent. It could really be replaced with something stronger. Otherwise it was beautiful and peaceful. A wonderful way to start our stay in Costa Rica!"

"We loved the layout of the property with individual cabins surrounding the pool area. Beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have a kitchen and hot shower! Would stay here again!"
