"My stay was good although confusion on checking in as there was no record that I had paid a £20 deposite. However I sorted this with the member of staff. Upon entering my room it was still in a state of preperation and the bed was not made or any sheets and the bins were still open. No issue as the member of staff who showed me to my room did the honours and made the room up. This was very helpful."

"Great hotel directly at Chessington World of Adventures. Everything is themed very nicely and a lot of the rooms and restaurants have a view directly on the Safari park and some of the animals. Absolutely lovely.
Customer service was also great, especially by Malakaib."
"The bedding was all synthetic, very unnatural to sleep with. You would either start sweating underneath it, and then push it off you, but with the bed already moist, you would quickly get cold, and then take the bedding back over you. This is how it went all night, resulting in having a cold from staying at the hotel. But many hotel beds in the UK are like that, too synthetic. "
