"Air conditioning in main area was broken the day we got there and was not fixed for entire stay. Had to keep doors to bedroom closed just to at least sleep in a cool room as the one in bedroom could not cool down both rooms so was not really able to use entire apartment and just stay in the bedroom when we were there to rest and cool down in between sight seeing. Bathroom could really use a thorough cleaning n felt like a sauna the entire time. The location could not have been better. Very close...

"Le logement est parfaitement situé pour découvrir Rome sur quelques jours. Il est vraiment au centre de tous les monuments et quartiers à découvrir. Le rapport qualité prix est donc parfait pour ce très bon point positif.Alessandro est très gentil, arrangeant et la communication est facile avec lui.Cependant, le logement en lui même laisse à désirer.. aucune lumière extérieure (mais annoncé sur les photos), cuisine peu fonctionnelle (seulement 1 verre à eau pour 2), sacs poubelles peu solide,...

"This property’s location is very desired. Near one of the best pastries/ coffee shop and grocery supermarket. 30 minutes or less walk to colosseum and all the great places to visit. The only reason why they didn’t get higher marks is that the property was not cleaned when we got there and didn’t seem as clean as it looks. The noise in the apartments was was dreadful, which is not the host fault but keep us up most nights. "

"1. There was no instructions on how to get to the “suite”. No address and no instructions on how to access the room. 2. Host took awhile to answer. She blamed the website for not providing information. 3. It’s a shared suite!! Didn’t see that when I booked it. 4. Our room wasn’t ready, host had me looking at all the rooms so see which one was available. 5. Restroom shower was leaking. There was water all over the floor. 6. Toilet paper rolls were dirty."

"Vi havde en skøn ferie i Isabellas dejlige lejlighed i Rom. Lejligheden har en central beliggenhed med kun 15 minutters gang til Piazza del Popolo. Samtidig nød vi, at vi ikke boede midt i al menneskemylderet - og at vi kunne trække os tilbage til Isabellas dejlige terrasse, når vi havde været rundt og udforske Rom. Kommunikationen med Isabella fungerer perfekt. Hun er hurtig til at svare og meget hjælpsom. Vi vil gerne komme igen til denne lejlighed."

"We initially booked a different property, but they had over booked and switched us to one of their other properties at no additional cost which was great, but wants really the area we wanted to stay in. The place was nice and clean and within 20 min walking distance to most sites. A/C worked well. Our biggest complaints was checkout. We were promised late 2pm check out and at 10:30 cleaners showed up and refused to leave saying they were told to clean for the next guest. They entered the...
