"Küchenausstattung -Töpfe, Messer,... waren in schlechtem Zustand und sollten erneuert werden.Licht in der Küche, und Leselampen wurden trotz Anfrage beim Vermieter nicht repariert. Dusche und Waschbecken im Badezimmer sind aufgrund der Amaturen nicht tauglich.Außerdem fehlt es an nicht maroden Sitzgelegenheiten.Die Matratzen waren jedoch ausgezeichnet."

Emiliano showed up shortly after our arrival. He was so friendly and helpful. He gave us some suggestions for food and the best Gelato. He made us feel welcome and we would be pleased to rent again!! "This place looks just like the pictures, except the balcony is not usable. It’s the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in! We spilled some water on the floor and I wiped it up with a paper towel. The towel wasn’t even a bit dirty. The place has everything you need. It’s perfect for a couple days’ stay in Rome and close to many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. "Great Apartment, located in a very safe and nice area, with restaurant, shopping, sightseeing on your doorstep. Monica is really nice and helpful. We had booked a driver though her to and from the airport, worked out perfectly. The Apartment is perfect if you travel with children or 2 couples. It had what we needed and was nice and clean.
