"Small one floor boutique hotel. If the hours of front desk works for you this is a great location. 10 minute walk to train station and 13 minute walk to cruise shuttle terminal location. Everything else in town is between those two. Small but excellent quality breakfast. Room clean and large,high ceiling. Helpful staff, very nice."

"Hotellet er både rent og pænt, og der var en venlig og god service. For os var det et ennatsophold på vej til cruiseskibet i Civitavecia havn. Hotellet havde en fin shuttleservice fra lufthavnen til hotellet imod betaling og gratis shuttleservice til skibet næste dag. Vi spiste en god og velsmagende middag i hotellets restaurant, ligesom morgenmaden var rigtig god og alsidig."

"Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. High ceilings and lovely outlook onto cafes below. Fiorella was lovely, so kind, communicative, efficient and helpful. Great location for the port and cruise ships, we walked there with our suitcases. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything ❤️"

"Everything about this stay was perfect the apartment is so clean and thoughtful large enough for family and luggage. We walked to the ship -yes walked right to the ship! Hosts could not have been better communications and sharing their little slice of heaven- we enjoyed a night of strolling and dining then great nights sleep prior to going to our cruise destination- thank you!!"
