"We highly recommend this property, it is a very cute and cozy beach house. We only stayed one night for a layover, but would have liked to stay longer. The bakery down the street (3 minute walk) has delicious pastries and coffee!"

"This is a lovely place in perfect location by the beach. Communication and check-in were excellent. It was very clean. The table was set up for an Italian breakfast! Although it is a great place for catching a flight from Rome, it is also nice place to stay outside Rome and avoid the traffic. It is some drive to the sites but it may be worth it. The host was also very friendly and helpful. There is a gated and secure parking nearby, although you probably don't need it in the low seaso. We...

"Was a wonderful place to stay for a family who had a car and wanted to be able to drive around and have the options of visiting both the local area and the city of Rome. We chose Battistini as our driving point when reaching Rome, as it was the end of the subway metro line, about 30 minutes from our flat. Flat was clean and everything was fine with 2 large double bedrooms and an extra sofa bed if required. Really loved it!"

"This isn’t a bad place but not really worth the money. Host can be pushy to want to up charge for silly stuff and property needs updates and love. Parking isn’t easy at all. I’d say your better at hotel cause here they don’t offer any room service and again property management sucks. "

"We had a night to stay before catching a flight home, but Paola was so welcoming and flexible. It was a great location to walk to the beach and enjoy the Med for one last time before flying.
