Resorter i Isla Contoy

"Super good - a lot better then the reviews on this page. Everything is top, the restaurants are fantastic, the pools amazing. "

"We had a reservation for the small rooms. At first they tried to ask us to upgrade for an extra 25USD / night (which would have been cheaper to order directly at hotels.com). We decided not to and received a free upgrade as they had no available small rooms. However, when we entered the room, there was a leak in the aircondition which had been there for hours. The couch underneath was soaked. They fixed the leak within minutes, however nothing was done with the couch. For all 4 days we had a wet...

"The property is exquisite and the resort is huge! This reservation is an extension of our original five day reservation- we loved it so much! The Jacuzzi tub on the loft suite balcony was an added bonus to the magnificent coastline view! Big shout out to my butler, Victor! He was so attentive and decorated the loft suite for a birthday celebration. Rocio, the butler, for the junior suite was very attentive and accommodating with our dinner reservations. She also went above and beyond decorating...

"I was treated unfairly by the hotel front desk solely because I booked through Expedia, even though I paid nearly the same price. This discrimination should be addressed by Expedia. Please let me know whether Expedia will warn customers ahead of time if a partner hotel may give guests unequal treatment. I do not wish to encounter such biased service again."

"My family and I spend 7 days at the beautiful Belo hotel, but the totally misplaced instant loud music, ruined every relaxing vacation vibe the surroundings deserve. When relaxing in the pool area you were forced to listen to 3-4 different playlist simultaneous - is was more stressful than relaxing. We ended up going to other surrounding beaches or hotels just to get some rest. Behind every sunbed in the pool-area a speaker is installed. From morning to evening it’s playing loud music which...

"We had a great experience"

"I have mixed feelings about this resort. The location on the beach is good and the hotel as such is also nicely done. However, it failed the 'towel test' Every morning at 6 am people are reserving sunbeds that they then dont use. Also there is constant 'entertainment' and way too much alcohol flowing which creates a spring break atmosphere, but with most guests being in their 50s. Very odd environment to be honest and not at all relaxing. Having said that the staff is generally nice and service...

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."
