"We had a reservation for the small rooms. At first they tried to ask us to upgrade for an extra 25USD / night (which would have been cheaper to order directly at hotels.com). We decided not to and received a free upgrade as they had no available small rooms. However, when we entered the room, there was a leak in the aircondition which had been there for hours. "WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."
