"The property is always lovely and well maintained. Customer service is always wonderful and housekeeping is great! Love the restaurant options and bar too. 2 suggestions: Wishing there were more portable shade poolside since guests camp/save cabanas and lounge chairs all day. If the sleeper sofa beds could be improved, it would make a huge difference in comfort. Not only can you feel all the bars and springs, but it’s slopes down where your feet rest."

"Love everything about this hotel. (first visited 6 years ago and it is kept in top shape by all the staff around the hotel. Pleasure to see something being looked after so well) We stay as a family in many different hotels around the world (+50 a year), but rarely the same ones as we are always looking for something just a little bit better. BUT Orlando this hotel is a definite, the location, the staff, the guests, the extremely nice and friendly cleaning staff. We had a fault in a toilet and...

"We stayed 3 nights at Floridays, and this was our second stay. We really like this place! It is not the most up to date decor, but rooms are sooo spacious and clean, and the rooms have everything we need. There is always space at the pool area, we like the gym, and being close to e.g. groceries. The only thing is that there is a bit of noice from the roads, but you cant be close to everything without accepting some noice there. We would stay here again for sure"
