"Booked room with pool view. Received a room squeezed in between concrete walls in tower one. Technically we were able to see the part of pool, but nothing to do with a view. Suggest other guest request room in tower two if they book with view. "

"Everything was very very clean.. I recommend valet parking if Steve or Kevin is working. Great set of men that catered to mine and my husbands needs. and I absolutely loved they sang happy birthday to me each time they got our vehicle. Great time!"

"We stayed for six days and had a fantastic stay. Very friendly staff, big rooms, great breakfast and close to the theme parks. Sadly the bar wasn’t open yet. It’s close to a bigger road so expect some noise from the traffic. We would defined come back again. "

"Great stay and convenient to most things. Staff was helpful and accommodating when we needed something. Appreciated the shuttle to universal parks, be early when returning because they might pull off minutes before pick up. It would be helpful if they informed at check in that housekeeping is not available for stays less than a week or to know you can leave your trash outside your door when needing it picked up. All in all we had a great trip and stay. I would stay again"

"I have never experienced a worse customer experience than here. From the beginning it just seemed very sketchy. We had to fill out a ton of online "paperwork", share our credit card information, passport etc. several times. We talked to two different staff members on the phone, who confirmed that everything was ready for us to check in. Once we arrived, after driving 7 hours with 4 kids, we were ready for an easy check in as promised, but ended up spending 2 hours on this process, because they...

"The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. "

"They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal"
