"Booked room with pool view. Received a room squeezed in between concrete walls in tower one. Technically we were able to see the part of pool, but nothing to do with a view. Suggest other guest request room in tower two if they book with view. "

"We stayed at this resort for 4 days 5 nights. When we first checked in Expedia said we had a perk for the hotel, when we brought it up the front desk said it’s only for gold members and said to ask Expedia. Another issue was the staff was inconsistent with charges of drinks, food, etc. The shower also doesn’t make sense as there’s no door and the water just shoots onto the floor. The staff worker Julian was probably the most help there was and very knowledgeable, he gave us some discounts...

"We checked in early and the person helping us was so helpful and very nice. The resort smelled nice and was very clean in the lobby. We went to our room and it was updated and very nice and spacious. We had a balcony room and it overlooked the pool area. We enjoyed the pool and had drinks and lunch by the pool. The food and drinks were really good and they serve very big portions. My major complaint was the amount of people that were smoking weed!!! We smelled it several times while trying to...
