"Its was nice that pet's was allowed. Friendly staff. Bad stuff: The confusien about parking and payment for parking was weird. It was told 6 night pay. everything else would be free. Was charede for 8 nights. On my card then removed the chared another about to make it fit. A little confused. Seems like even the staff didnt know the parking roules. But it did work out. But should have more check on these things the write and tell. The "tighty up" of the room is towls but in place and...

"Just perfect. Staff was wonderfull - place is brilliant with lots of activities for kids and adults. Also close to Disney World. Will stay here again."

"Booked room with pool view. Received a room squeezed in between concrete walls in tower one. Technically we were able to see the part of pool, but nothing to do with a view. Suggest other guest request room in tower two if they book with view. "

"Always the most fun but still “fancy” hotel for a weekend getaway. The slide and lazy river could have been cleaned up a bit but overall the pools and DJ are always great. This was the first time we were disappointed in the food. Chicken fingers poolside were really low quality for the price and breakfast food was really not good for prices. We’ll be back but we’ll pack more food next time."
