"My first time doing glamping. After a number of researches, I chose this place and I believe I made a good choice. It is so well-thought through in the setting and arrangement for our best comfy stay.
The dome is clean, warm and comfy with northern light colour setting at night. Its music speaker easily connected to our iPhone to play relaxing music. Sitting in the rotary reclining chairs, looking at the starry night, waking up to see the amazing Mount Fuji, all these are unforgettable...
"For people who wants to take bus to Fuji mountain, please check the schedule with the front desk. We did not check and found that the schedule was different from the website. You need to plan the shuttle well so that you don't miss the bus, or just take a taxi in order to take the bus. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the bus stop.
It could be helpful for the hotel to print out the bus schedule for the guests, as English communication sometimes is slow and could discourage guests from...
"All the attention to detail was reflected in our stay. From the warm welcome, the staff's service, the linens provided to make us feel at home, the drum and piano show, the food, and the wonderful garden. Fuji but couldn’t due to heavy snowfall, but relaxing in the hot open-air onsen while the snow was falling on your face and listening to the nearby shrine gong sounds was simply one of the best experiences of my trip. The rooms were really spacious but - and this is the reason for my negative review - had a really bad smell. Both the tatami mats and the futons smelled foul.
