"We had a short but wonderful stay. Service was excellent all the way through. Breakfast was amazing and the included dinner was also good. We had hoped to see Mt. Fuji but couldn’t due to heavy snowfall, but relaxing in the hot open-air onsen while the snow was falling on your face and listening to the nearby shrine gong sounds was simply one of the best experiences of my trip. "For people who wants to take bus to Fuji mountain, please check the schedule with the front desk. We did not check and found that the schedule was different from the website. You need to plan the shuttle well so that you don't miss the bus, or just take a taxi in order to take the bus. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the bus stop.
It could be helpful for the hotel to print out the bus schedule for the guests, as English communication sometimes is slow and could discourage guests from...
