" The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was extensive and absolutely delicious—definitely worth including with your stay. The only downside was the service at breakfast. The waitstaff seemed unsure about when to clear tables. I was dining alone, and whenever I stepped away briefly to get something from the buffet, they would clear my entire table—including utensils, glass, and plates—even though it was clear I hadn’t finished (my knife and fork were not placed together). It was disappointing and a bit frustrating, especially for a five-star hotel where you would expect more attention to detail and better training in this area. Overall, a great stay with just one area that could use improvement."

"Very clean hotel with friendly staff, especially at the breakfast bar and in housekeeping—they were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast itself was delicious, and the room was spotless. Check-in was smooth and easy. However, the reception staff felt quite robotic, as if they were following a script rather than engaging naturally with guests. Check-out took a long time due to only two receptionists being on duty, which resulted in a long queue. The pool and gym were also very clean, with staff who were friendly and approachable. Concierge service is available, but unfortunately, the staff member assisting me (I believe his name was Jumbo) was often on his phone while I was waiting, which felt unprofessional. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent cleanliness and some standout staff, but there’s room for improvement in front desk and concierge service."
