"Everything about our stay has been perfect. Quentin was helpful and responsive in our initial discussions. He and his housekeeper were exceptionally courteous when we asked to check in early. The apartment is in an ideal location. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I will be travelling to Manila on business in the future and this will absolutely be the place I will stay. Thank you Quentin."

"There was no internet, the roof had leaks, and the house was old with a musty smell. The pool was dirty, the jacuzzi had no heat, and there were no lights in the other living room. The internet was off, and there were CCTV cameras inside the house, including in the bedroom. There was also no TV, unlike what was shown in the pictures. Definitely not worth the 1,300 stay."

My mother stayed in the first room while my partner and I enjoyed the second bedroom with a view of the backyard and ocean. Each room had a dedicated AC unit. However, I wish there were bathroom curtains in each bathroom Whenever we took showers, everything got wet including the toilet and the toilet paper if we didnt remember to take it out.
