" The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was extensive and absolutely delicious—definitely worth including with your stay. The only downside was the service at breakfast. The waitstaff seemed unsure about when to clear tables. I was dining alone, and whenever I stepped away briefly to get something from the buffet, they would clear my entire table—including utensils, glass, and plates—even though it was clear I hadn’t finished (my knife and fork were not placed together). It was disappointing and a bit frustrating, especially for a five-star hotel where you would expect more attention to detail and better training in this area. Overall, a great stay with just one area that could use improvement."

"The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. While the hotel itself feels a bit old, it actually adds to its charm and overall appeal. The location is excellent, very convenient since it’s close to a mall and many restaurants. The staff were kind and accommodating; however, there was some miscommunication regarding the room inclusions. Based on an email we received, we expected a complimentary massage, but when we inquired about it, we were told that online bookings do not include this benefit. It would be helpful if the hotel could update and better coordinate with their online team to avoid confusion in the future. Lastly, the view from the room was lovely."
