"Area is excellent only drawback was beds were small for bigger people. Prefer a floor bed rather than a sofa bed, otherwise everything was great."

"This condo is the best one i rented in Cebu, the place is clean, enough place to be very comfortable, a spacious bedroom with air cooling, a perfect and large bathroom high efficiency hot water system. All facilities for cooking, a fast wi fi connection, a beautiful view on Cebu. Ayala Mall at 10 minutes walking include groceries. The owner is available if you need something and respond very rapidly. A 10/10 for this unit."
