"Great stay overall, lots to do for a family of 4. We stayed in the phase 1 side so it’s a bit of a walk over to the main restaurants. Friendly staff overall, they will leave you alone if you say no to the time share presentation. I kept saying how staff were around cleaning all the time. Great view from the fifth floor and the balcony has a nice patio set. "

"Great location. Nice common area by the water. Nachos taste artificial, but breakfast was good, you can have fresh friut with yogurt. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the aircon was broken and very noisy. I wrote this as feedback to the check-in process to Expedia, and to my pleasant surprise, they called maintenance to switch it of, even in the middle of the night. "

"The room is clean and organized. The check in and out was easy, the instructions are clear. The resort access is not included in the fee that shows when you booked there was an additional $10 usd per night per person. That should be included in the fee shown in the booking site, so that the client won’t be surprised that there will be an additional fee on top of the booked amount. There is no food included, but there is an options of an all day pass buffet in the hotel amount to $1500 mxn...

"This hotel have not been maintained for decades. When you finally got in touch with the staff they were very friendly. But both the restaurant and pool bar was abandoned for long periods. I would find another place to stay"

"The staff was very nice and the food was surprisingly good - better than I had expected. The beach access was so convenient and no seaweed in November. If you're going to spend the entire day at the beach, you can rent a parasol."

"Very nice clean hotel with big rooms, nice personel and great breakfast buffet. The beach was nice however there was quite a bit of seaweed floating around."
