"The location of the condo is perfect! Sapphire beach is in walking distance, Sudi’s restaurant & bar is great for late night snacks & great coffee shop/beach bar! Condo is beautiful & very comfortable bed & couch! Host was amazing! Location was only a 2 min cab ride to red hook coffee, food & St. John ferry 2( min to downtown! "

I just don’t understand why Vrbo has to charge a security deposit for two and a half months before the start of the trip and two weeks after. "Wonderful views of the bay. At first we had some difficulty communicating with host, delayed response. There were 2 days of Island power outages which shuts down water,refrigeration and AC. No living room, couch is in the bedroom. Piles of black hair in the corners, oven inoperable and don’t forget to turn on the switch in the bathroom to turn on water heater, otherwise it’s a cold shower. "Beautiful place. Very clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Host provides beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bathroom with 2 sinks. Balcony with a nice view table and chairs. Beautiful beach on the property and pool. Restaurants and ferry within 5 minutes from property. Highly recommended Clear instructions for everything.
