"The unit was not clean and when we tried to bring it to Matt’s attention he blamed us even though we started taking pictures and documentation 20 mins after we arrived. The AC did not work in the living room or the master bedroom. He offered to send someone out but got offended when we asked for a later tike. Then he stopped responding to is and VRBO for 4 days straight. The whole time we had no AC. There was a terrible sewage smell and issue that we were not notified about but we saw signs at...

"It was a nice and quaint location in an historic building steps from the Christiansted boardwalk. Communication from the host was prompt. It did have a slight smell that maybe was due to the age of the building? There was a dehumidifier supplied which we ran throughout our stay that seemed to help somewhat. The unit was clean and well kept. The grounds were lovely and also well kept. My wife and I would recommend this unit and host. "

"Clean place, spacious, incredible view of the sea. The breezes from the sea blow right through the unit allowing you to keep windows open and enjoy the cool sea breeze during the day. Love the proximity to the downtown Christiansted area and the general location. Laundry is super close and convenient for being external to the actual unit. "

"This is a well equipped one bedroom apartment with extensive outdoor spaces, including two terraces and a swimming pool. The views across the valley are stunning. Tamarind Reef Beach is 30 minutes walk away, Christiansted is 10 minutes by car. Sandra is a wonderful host. She replied promptly to our messages and had many tips for exploring the island. She also very generously helped us out with lifts and lendt us an old phone. We could not have wished for a better place to stay!"

"Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places!
