"Our family loved the villa. Our 3 kids enjoyed time in the pool and it was perfect for us. Location was great- quiet, safe, secluded. The only thing to keep in mind is that the lower level of the villa is accessed by stairs outside. For this reason we stayed as a family in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. "We enjoyed the house and porch and view so much that we didnt even go anywhere but the grocery store to get food for dinner for several days. It is a super nice area of the island and co Venice to Star market, Cruz bay, restaurants and the beautiful beaches (if you feel like leaving the house)."

"Beautiful villa, perfect for four ladies ready to get away from the snow. Everything you need for a great stay, comfortable and safe. We brought in groceries for breakfast and cocktails, ate a lete lunch to avoid driving the winding roads in the dark. Be prepared to rent a jeep to get around, and drive on the left side."

"Location is great! This is the 3rd property we’ve stayed in on STJ, and while it was definitely adequate for our getaway purposes in every way, it’s been our least favorite due to layout mostly. Wouldn’t recommend for family with young children; there are many stairs on this property and access to the pool is not easy."

"My family and I booked this amazing Villa for a week. We were 10 strong and the spacious villa was amazing as it was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The host for this property are some amazing people and was very helpful and considerate. We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday on the island and this home away from home was worth every dollar and more."

"This home was amazing. The privacy between each of the bedrooms is great for adults. The views are unmatched, watching the sunrise and hearing the waves crashing against the shore! The drive into the driveway is a bit dramatic, as the home does sit atop the mountain. However, the hosts provides excellent instructions on how to park. I will definitely be a returning guest to this home with amazing hosts!"

"We just returned from an amazing 8 night stay at Isla Vista. As previous reviewers have described, the house is very well-appointed and comfortable. "Our favorite spot on the whole island was our balcony! Watched turtles, iguanas, sailboats, a parasail in the distance. Nice shade and breeze, unbelievable view. 3 pools all with a view. Convenient bar and grill just a couple of buildings away. Margaritaville Bar and Restaurant next door was also convenient and good."
