"Et fantastisk skønt ophold på et højtbeliggende hotel i Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas med skøn balkon og udsigt til lystbådehavn og ankerplads for de store krydsere der ankre op så gæsterne kan besøge byen. Det giver sved på panden at gå op til hotellet i det varme vejr på De Vestindiske Øer. Men er man ikke til gåture kører der taxaer i fast rutefart"

"Everyone was nice and helpful. It is the small things that are missing like shuttle service at certain times to beaches. Better pool facility, better fitness room and such. "

"Personalet var ikke imødekommende. Viden om lokale transportforhold m.v. lig nul. Hotellets tilbud om gratis strandstole og snorkeludstyr blev opdaget ved en tilfældighed. Inkluderet morgenmad skrabet. Måske skyldes det, at juli ikke er højsæson. Beliggenhed iøvrigt formidabel."

"Cottages by the Sea er en fantastisk lille perle på en fantastisk strand lidt uden for Frederiksted. Byen synes sovende, pittoresk med både istandsatte bygninger og forfaldne huse. Bygninger der går tilbage til kolonitiden og den gamle danske lutheranske kirke med få gamle gravsted med danske navne bl.a.Frederik von Scholten. Eneste mangel er indkøbsmulighed på stedet. Der skal køres efter dagligvarer."

"Wonderful! This is a gorgeous house, well designed for large groups. All appliances work, including the hot tub. We expect to be back next summer."

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Wonderful and cozy little huts, beautiful view, super lovely communal outdoor kitchen area. And the managers Marc and Laurie were just great. We saw hummingbirds, fed wild tortoises 🐢 and studied hermit crabs. And on the beach nearby we saw two turtles while snorkelling. Water Island and this campground is really resale worth visiting 😊😊😊"

"The view from the rooms is magnificent. No doubt about that. However the cleaning of the room was very bad. When we arrived the floor, the bathroom and the windows were not clean. The linnen did not smell very nice. The kitchen had a table on which there was coke, or something else, from the previous renters. Two days later the maid had been cleaning again however to no help. An toilet cleaning liquid, however was forgotten on the kitchen table. Furthermore the airconditioner was very loud,...

"Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape. "This property has a stunning view of Red Hook and Vessup Bay, St John and other islands. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen has some dishes and cookware and a cooler that was very handy to take to the beach. You need a car with four wheel drive to get up the road to the property (road is steep and narrow). Close to the car ferry, and grocery stores, which is very convenient. We had a great time. "

"Fantastic hotel. We returned after 20 years (now with kids of 9 and 13) and had again a fantastic vacation at The Buccaneer. The beaches, pool and tennis courts are very nice and a very serviceminded staff made our stay unforgettable. Love the place and will be returning."
