"Dear Hotels.com, I am writing to complain about our recent stay with you, where we had booked a 'superior tent' in a tipi shape with futons. Unfortunately, we were assigned a different type of tent that did not meet our expectations. The tent we received was not only different, but the mattresses were sleeping pads that could not be compared to the futons we had paid for. "Remember this is a tent, which I found to be clean with a frim mattress, and clean bedclothes. Although I did experience rain no issues with leaks. Check in was no problem, a cash deposit was needed however be prepared. I would not suggest purchasing the breakfast which was a grilled turkey and cheese on white bread. Overall it was exactly as I expected."
