“Just What A Traveler Needs”

I've stayed at a few different hotels whenever I transit through Copenhagen, but the Cabinn Metro is exactly what I need and for a great price when I travel. I've stayed there at least 11 times over the past year. Front desk staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit pricey for the basic Euro-style wake up meal. I don't need a fancy hotel with a huge bed and bathroom. Just a CLEAN bathroom, shower and a bed and a blazing fast internet connection to complete my work. The rooms are quite small, but they are quiet for the most part. The hotel is 5-minutes and $20 taxi ride from CPH International Airport. It's situated across the highway from the Crowne Plaza and next to the Fields Mall. Located 5-minutes walk to the Orestad Metro station, which is situated on the east side of the Fields Mall. The front desk sells tickets to access the Metro, which is a convenient perk. I highly recommend this place for the easy going traveler on a budget.

“Will definitely stay here again”

I was staying at Cabinn Metro during a recent business trip. Very basic hotel accommodation but has everything I needed, including free wireless hi-speed Internet access. Room and reception areas were very clean ans staff always nice and helpful. From the travelling point of view the location couldn't be better: 10min walk to the Metro and train station, you can be in the heart of Copenhagen or at the airport in 20 min door-to-door. Excellent access to other Danish and Swedish cities also as many intercity trains stop at the local station. I don't know much about the area overall as I was always away during the day, but at night or early morning felt safe to walk around. I will definitely stay there again next time I come to Copenhagen.

“Very unique & cool hotel”

Hotel is located near the Copenhagen airport and a new upscale mall. Very unique hotel, Cabinn comes from rooms immitating a cruise ship cabin. My room had bunkbeds and bathroom/shower all in one unit. Very attractive rooms and lobby. Great Danish style breakfast. Staff very helpful and spoke excellent English. Much less expensive than hotels nearby.

“Great for a weekend!”

My friend and I just got back from a weekend in Copenhagen and stayed at CABINN Metro. We were really happy with the hotel! The staff spoke English very well. They were very helpful with any questions we had. The internet worked well. Sometimes it was slow but we weren't there to use the internet. Yeah the room was small but we were there to sleep and use the shower after a day of seeing Copenhagen! The bathroom was small but it worked so that's all that matters. Location wise it was good. A bit outside of the main part of city, but it is close to the Metro and it's about 5/6 stops away from the city center. Just make sure you have the right ticket on the Metro. We didn't understand the zoning and almost had to pay the fine since we had the wrong ticket, but that really doesn't have anything to do with the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Copenhagen! Happy travels!

Lå rigtig godt i forhold til Metro/tog. Roligt om natten. Og god og meget billig morgenmadsbuffet,med masser af siddepladser i restauranten. / Vi boede 4 personer på familierum og det var helt okay,og meget billigt.

“Good call for cheap and functionaly Copenhagen stays”

Very professional staff. Rooms as expected -- sparse, clean, and functional. Hotel located 200 meters from Metro and train station (very convenient) and a mall with lots of food/shopping options is only 100 meters away. If you are looking for functionality over frills, this would be a good call.

“Great budget hotel but VERY small rooms”

The Cabinn Metro is a clean budget hotel within a 5 minutes walk from the Orestad subway as well as the Orestad train station. Get off the subway or train, cross the street, walk through the Fields mall and you will see it. The check in staff were very friendly and polite. The lobby is modern and offers 3 free computer ternminals. You can also buy specialty coffee and snacks there. They serve a sparse breakfast, which costs extra, in the morning but it'll do in a pinch. You're much better off to go to the mall but be warned it doesn't open until about 10am. I booked the commodore room after reading how small the standard and economy rooms were and because I didn't want bunk beds for my sister and I. We had two single beds but barely any space. I'm used to small European rooms but this was the smallest I'd ever seen. The bathroom was also very tiny. When you run the shower, you will get water all over the sink, mirror and toilet. That being said, it's a good cheap, clean option in the expensive city of Copenhagen with easy access under 15 minutes to both city centre and the airport via the subway or train. It also has free wireless internet in the rooms, which came in very handy. I recommend booking the Captain class of room unless you are really on a budget because they have a little sitting area and the most space. Overall, it's a great budget hotel if you are ok with not having any space in your room.

“Value for money”

This was my first experience of this type of hotel. Basically the rooms are tiny like a cabin on a navy ship. The rooms are also basic, it has a desk, a tv, a bunk bed and small washroom which has a built in shower. The location was convenient for me as I had a conference just up the road and the metro station was less than five minutes away.
