Great central location. Near central station. Walking distance to all main attractions.

realistic expectations. I was there to see CPH and this was a clean, safe place close to Central Station. Price was reasonable for this expensive city

“Great choice and value for money”

Location is very good and convenience. Room size is very big, larger than 4-5 stars hotel that I ever stayed in Copenhagen. The hotel provide free WI-FI internet is a benefit for business traveller. The lift is very small and look very old but still in good condition. This hotel is better than I expected.

The Ascot Hotel has a great location, just around the corner from the Town Hall Square and all the city's attractions. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, and it had a nice sized bathroom as well. It is within walking distance of anywhere you want to go within Copenhagen.

The hotel is located just in the center of town and very near Tivoli. Because of that there are also many restaurant nearby. It is a bright, busy hotel..an old bath house around the turn of the 20th century. The price of the room included a full breakfast with much too much to offer. The fresh orange juice was especially good.

“Great value and location”

We found the staff accommodating and the location was perfect (walking distance to many sites as well as train station and bus lines). The breakfast was great. The only negative was the noise level with the rooms facing the street.

The hotel in a good location, pleasant staff, good buffet breakfast. The bar was ok but the down side to it was people smoking in a very small area spoilt the atmosphere.

“Loved it”

I was very impressed with the hotel and their staff. The staff had no problem speaking many different languages. They were most helpful with any problem we had, very friendly and anxious to chat about what you thought about Denmark, or any other topic. The bathtub was huge, lovely to soak in. Their towels are very large and soft, but they don't use kleenex or wash clothes there, so bring your own if you need them. The rooms are big enough for two and the bed was very comfortable, there is ample storage space for you to unpack. I liked the simplicity of the room. We ate the breakfast buffet 5 out of the 8 days we were there, very good and reasonably priced. Fresh orange juice, many different kinds of bread, cheeses, fruit, crepes, eggs, sausage, meats, yogurt are some of the items on the buffet. Tivoli Gardens is 2 blocks away, the train station is 3-4 blocks away, great restaurants are close by,( try chilimilli's) and wonderful shopping everywhere. The Ascot Hotel was in the heart of everything, easy to get around, it was just great!

“Really roomy for 3 adults”

Our only complaint was that our phone was not working. The manager was immediately receptive and came to our room to check it and then invited us to use the phone at the front desk where we made several international calls on our calling card. Our room was huge, even included a kitchen. Was on 3rd floor and quiet. Though not air conditioned, we had good fresh air from outside. It was a "surprise" that breakfast while provided at the hotel was not included on our "white ticket". The price of the room definitely SHOULD HAVE included breakfast.

Wonderful reception and on reasonably quiet street close to public transportation. Have parking available which is plus.
