"THE GOOD!! Great rooms and service from the staff. Ala carte restaurant food was great, specially el dorado and Bamboo. White sand bar service was awesome, special mention to Irma who served us most nights - late nights!! Buffet in white sand was great. Can’t say the same about the buffet in Collonial. Concierge service is exceptional..without which managing would hv been difficult. Thanks to Erick for paying attention to details. The events were great - really enjoyed NOT GOOD Start with...
