Upon arrival of the bag handling guys wrote on my suitcase accidentally with pen and I got upset because he just damaged my new Beis suitcase. And when I made a big deal, they changed me from room 16 to room 8…. Whatever that means.
When I checked into the room, the light behind the headboard didn’t work, the nightstand lamps didn’t work- one of them, shocked me. The pool lights didn’t work at night time and neither did the led strip around the floor. And neither did the outside lights work in the front porch or the tree lights. When I went to go, ask them if they could get them to work Rocardo at the desk said that none of them are supposed to turn on or work and I told him that was the reason why I booked the room- So that I could use the pool at night. As I’m browsing Instagram, I see that other people and a friend who just checked in also have the lights on in their rooms that I was told aren’t an amenity that are supposed to turn on that it was just for the photos for “promotional purposes.” Weird vibes.
