"The place is striking and the rooms look as they did online. The air conditioning worked well. Occasionally the water stopped, only for about a minute but when you are showering…The kitchen is very pretty and has a great stove but only one small pan, one small pot, nothing with covers for cooking (perhaps the usual crowd eats out all the time?). You will need a car to stay here ( recommend Manuel rent a car in Cancun). Billy welcomed us at the property and showed us around. He even hooked us up with bikes to ride around while we were there. "This home was in a great neighborhood with several swimmable cenotes within walking distance. The house is small but adequate. There was even beach gear and a bike you could use. There's a small swimming pool. I loved sitting outside in back by the pool."

"The house is exactly what we needed, everything was there and worked correctly. Very quick access to cinotes, and Chemuyil which had fantastic food. Every night at 8 o’clock A gentleman came by selling sweet bread that was freshly baked having breakfast in the backyard every morning was fabulous. Transit was extremely simple, so we’ve got to see any of the beaches in the ruins at Tulum within 20 minutes. We felt extremely safe and the locals were very hospitable. "2 weeks in this quiet home not far from a sweet Mexican town, cenotes, and beaches. The owners were easy to communicate with, and Manuela (the manager) met us. She was just a phone call away if you need anything. There’s also an incredible chef, Adela a 5 minute walk from Villa Kuxtah.
