Super convenient for walkable access to Haneda Airport. Lots of shopping and food options.. Very nice Spa. Clean rooms (we had a Bay view). Helpful Staff.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
This hotel I just ok. The downside is expect to que for at least 2 hours checking in at 2 pm make sure you select a superior room still small but ok if only here for a few nights.
