"The staff was friendly and was there to assist when needed. Breakfast was included as well as in laundry unit. They had their cocktail hour and coffee tine which i really liked. The only bad thing is the room was too small and not enough space for your luggage. Pack lightly"

Right in front of the front desk there are some items like hair brush, bath salts, etc for free for your enjoyment. Electronic bidet in the bathroom. I’m very happy with my room. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Some staff can communicate in English , even if they don't understand English they were tried to google translate and accomodate your needs. I give a thumbs up. The hotel is not new renovation but the bed is clean. The room is actually not that small but if they can either reconfigure the room layout or at least put the chair and the humidifier on a wheel so I can move them around the room is better. "My stay was good, the staff didn’t speak any English but I used a translator on my phone so we could communicate, first room they attempted to give me was very small, had a odor and the window was against a wall, I explained to staff (through translate) that it was my husbands birthday and I was able to upgrade with a charge but we ended up having a nicer room, and staff was friendly "

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "
