"I had read several negative comments about this hotel. However, I was pleased with our stay. The rooftop pool was great! The hotel was amazingly clean! The only thing that was a negative was not being able to speak to someone on the phone before our stay. I tried several numbers but could never reach anyone. They did message me back through Expedia. It's a great place to stay!"

"Terrible experience. Our plane was delayed one day and when we wanted to check in they refused as we had to be there in person. The room was dirty without any supplies (towels etc). We had to go to the reception multiple time to get the items to make the sofa bed. The apartment had a kitchen but it did not have any kitchen supplies in it… so not useful. The window was leaking and it rained on my 3 year old daughter at night when she was asleep. She woke up soaking wet. The table was not safe....
