"Everything was nice and clean. I had very high expectations of the restaurants, but found they were too high. Although I found things to eat from talking to other couples I feel like there aren’t many choices. Rooms are pretty clean, the staff is nice, and breakfast was the same, but consistent. The omelette station was my highlight. The only other thing is that it’s been a week since leaving the resort and there’s still $500 pending on my credit card. "Hello, I have work in hotels in the US for more than 20 years, hotels like Fairmont hotels, Blackstone hotels, Marriott hotels, four Seasons and Ritz Carlton, etc., my feedback is that sense of prioritization with the guest is poor, I saw so many staff members on their phones in front of guest, that doesn’t reflect a good customer service, many staff members chewing gum and some of the recreational staff drinking beer, maybe is a different culture in the Dominican Republic but that is...

"Nobody ever said anything about using train to get around the proprty.and the staff were in no way bilingual I've had an easier time speaking to people inMexico. Also there's nothing close your stuck on the resort. And don't get me started on the customs people at the airport"

"Empezando por el Check In fueron hostiles y mostraban no tener conocimiento de lo que estaban haciendo. Luego el mismo día que llegué tropece con un tronco de madera que es usado para decorar en el lobby y quería que me ofrecieron llevarme a los servicios Medicos del hotel pero que tenía que pagar por todo así que les dije que No pues me causó inseguridad. Me llevaron a la habitacion (en una silla de rueda) que era al final del pasillo de el 3er piso, pues no quisieron reasignarme una mas cerca...
