"Breakfast staff was excellent and very accommodating. They were pleasant despite working under stressful conditions. Reception staff was also excellent at registration and check out. First rate. The only complaint was that there was no room cleaning even though we were only there for two nights. At least empty garbage and make beds! Otherwise, pleasant stay."

We were going to complain about the valet and the prices but they explained it is a better deal than going across the hotel to public parking. The room was great. "We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond.
