"This hotel was very nice, and very clean! Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here! The Home 2 Suites are very convenient with their compact kitchenettes and roomy areas. Bathroom is wonderful with a beautiful led lighted mirror. "

"The shuttle for transportation needs maintenance; the air conditioning WAS NOT WORKING; It WAS EXTREMELY HOT!!! The vents only worked in the front for the driver and it WAS NOT blowing cold air. Everything else was great! "

"Fairfield Inn McKinney is bomb. This is the cleanest hotel with the best service I've stayed in anywhere. Everybody here goes above and beyond, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, the management, and the breakfast servers. It's also equally great for families and solo travelers. I've stayed here three times so far, the last for a few weeks, and this hotel will always be my first choice when I'm in the Dallas area."

"It was nice! The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and conversational. The only thing that was not too good was how murky the jacuzzi water was. It seemed like it lacked chlorine and it had a pretty funky smell. The bed had stains all over it. I can understand putting new sheets and blankets. But once those come off and we see that, we know it’s not clean. It was a bit disturbing to see. I think they should put a new bed in 326. Who knows what the other room beds look like!"
